30-days cooling off period

MiniBrew's 30 days-cooling period is from the moment you've received your product for no reason within 30 days. This is 14 days more than EU law requires as we know by experience users are hooked after a few times.

Returning your order

When you decide to return your order, you will be obliged to inform our support team that you wish to cancel the order. We ask you to handle the product and its packaging with care.

We ask you kindly to follow up the return process of MiniBrew. Once our warehouse has received and inspected your device, we're able to execute a refund when the product works. We are not able to refund brew packs or starter packs.

During the Cooling-Off Period and you will return at least within 14 Days from the date of mentioned to cancel the order.

Refund policy

MiniBrew will refund you the purchase price for the Product(s) within thirty (30) Days of receiving the product. MiniBrew doesn't refund consumables such as brew packs or starter packs as these goods can't be re-used.

Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original from of payment used for the purchase. Our payment provided takes an average 7-10 business days.

Note: Commercial Buyers shall not have the right to return Products without cause under this withdrawal right.
