Ingredients Needed

• 1× mixed bag of Malt
• 1× Mosaic hop pellets
• 1× Simcoe hop pellets
• 1× Fermentis Safale US-05 yeast

Hop Instructions

• Use 5 grams of Simcoe hops in hop bag 1 during the boil.
• Use 5 grams of Mosaic hops in hop bag 2 during the boil.
• Use 5 grams of Simcoe hops in hop bag 3 during the boil.
• Use 5 grams of Mosaic hops in hop bag 4 during the boil.
• Use 5 grams of Simcoe hops in hop bag 5 during the boil.
• For dry-hopping: Use 25 grams of Simcoe +   10 grams of Mosaic in a bag during fermentation
