Yes — as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet, you can still make changes. Here's what's possible and how to do it.


What can be changed?

Before your order is dispatched, you can:

  • Update your delivery address
  • Add brew packs or other items to your order

Check our shop for the latest product availability.


How to request a change

Order changes aren't self-service yet — just reach out to our team as quickly as possible via the Contact page and let us know:

  • Your order number (found by logging in at www.minibrew.io → Login → My Orders)
  • What you'd like to change or add

We'll do our best to update your order before it's handed to our logistics partner.


Once your order is dispatched, no changes can be made ⚠️

As soon as your order enters fulfilment, we're unable to make any further changes. If you've already received a shipping confirmation or tracking update, it's too late to modify the order — but feel free to contact us, and we'll see what we can do.


Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately not. We work with a third-party logistics company in Zoetermeer that handles shipments to distributors only — individual customer pickups aren't possible.
