Each brew pack comes with dried yeast . It  comes with an expiration date due to legal requirements, with a maximum shelf life of around three years. While it may remain viable for an additional two years beyond this date. Here is an example of yeast with an expiration date of March 2024, but can be used till March 2026. 

The yeast doesn't work

1. When you added the yeast and the airlock, you will see bubbles. It's a sign the yeast turns the sugar wort into alcohol.  Here is an example of bubbels.

1. In case you find no bubbels,  in the first day there is no immediate action required.  If no bubbels coming out the airlock after two days, please contact our support team via the chat.
