Ingredients Needed
- 1× mixed bag of Malt
- 1× Mosaic hop pellets
- 1× Citra hop pellets
- 1× Fermentis Safale US-05 yeast
Hop Instructions
- Use 10 grams of Mosaic hops in hop bag 1 during the boil.
- Use 10 grams of Citra hops in hop bag 2 during the boil.
- For dry-hopping: Use 10 grams of Mosaic + 10 grams of Citra during fermentation
The remaining hops can be sealed and stored in the freezer if you'd like to use them in a future brew.
