Keg can't cool downUpdated 2 months ago

There is most likely nothing wrong with your Smart Keg.

If your keg is full, it will cool your beer down to 19℃ below the ambient temperature. In warmer climates, it may not reach this target temperature, especially in environments exceeding 28℃.

If the keg isn't full, it cools most efficiently with 4 liters of beer or more. Below 4 liters, cooling becomes harder, and below 1.5 liters, accuracy is compromised. The cooling element and sensor, located at the keg's center height, make it less effective when beer levels drop, as it's then cooling air.

Ensure the cooling element has sufficient airflow, and check for dust on the black cover plate. Vacuum or use pressurized air to clean it. If issues persist, please try relocating the keg to a cooler spot. If you still have concerns, let us know ([email protected])
