Kombucha fermentation with the MiniBrew Keg (bypassing the brew process)

1. Create a kombucha recipe in the app and set it to hidden (not public)
2. Start the brewing process via the app
3. Follow the steps in the iPhone app up to and including registering and placing the keg
4. Stop here — do NOT start the rinsing
5. Contact MiniBrew support — we will manually start fermentation via the backend
6. Once fermentation is started you'll receive confirmation
7. Continue the remaining fermentation steps as normal in the app
