Ingredients Needed
- 1× mixed bag of pilsner, wheat
- 1× Perle hop pellets
- 1× Safale WB-06 yeast
Hop Instructions
- Use 5 grams of Perle hops in hop bag 1 during the boil.
- Use 2 grams of Perle hops in hop bag 2 during the boil.
- The remaining hops can be sealed and stored in the freezer if you'd like to use them in a future brew.
Fermentation Schedule (Advanced)
This recipe uses a guided fermentation profile that is automatically controlled by your MiniBrew keg. Just follow the steps below and let the keg do the work.

Primary:
- The keg drops the temperature to 25C.
- Add the yeast into the keg;
- Attach the airlock to the keg post (located in the middle of the keg lid);
- Attach the trub container to the bottom of the keg;
- The keg controls the temperature at 19C for 3 days;
Secondary:
- The keg controls the temperature at 25C for 2 days.
Conditioning 1:
- The keg controls the temperature at 15C;
- Remove the trub container and empty its contents;
- Replace the trub container.
Conditioning 2:
- The keg controls the temperature at 15C for 5 days;
- Remove the trub container and empty its contents;
- Replace the trub container.
Conditioning 3:
- The keg controls the temperature at 5C for 5 days;
- Remove the trub container and empty its contents.
Carbonation/Serving:
- Attach a cartridge to the pressure regulator.
- Attach a black ball lock connector to the regulator.
- Mount the regulator on the keg post with CO2 text.
- Open the regulator and wait 1 day.
- Replace the cartridge and wait 1 more day.
- Connect the tap to a black ball lock connector and attach it to the keg post with TAP text.
- Release the pressure inside the keg by gently lifting the overpressure valve.
- Pressure the keg to 5psi for a proper tapping flow and tap your beer!
