The Minibrew hardware or spare parts are warranted for a period of twenty four (24) months from the original shipping date or purchase against defective materials and workmanship.
If a brewpack, starter pack, digital service turn out to be defective or doesn't look or work as advertised, we will replace the product within 30 days based on cooling off period policy.
Warranty service
In the event you require warranty service , you should inform Minibrew support team and return the product from whom it was purchased.
- When it's purchased from Minibrew, we require a email confirmation of your order starting with SH.
- When it's purchased from a retailer (here is the list), we require a email confirmation of the retailer
- When it's purchased second hand, we require email conversation and confirmation between you and the seller
Repair or Replace the product
- MiniBrew guarantees that your machine will work for 100 brew session for a customers (excludes business). In case your machines break down, MiniBrew will focuse on repair or replacement of the product or the defective parts.
The warranty covers none of the following:
- Period check ups, maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normale wear and tear.
- Cost relating to transport, removal or installation of the product.
- Misuse, including the failure to use the product for it’s normal purpose, or incorrect installation.
- Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, acts of god, War, Public disturbances, incorrect main voltage, improper beer quality, ingredients or any other cause.
Country Coverage
- Warranty is valid for consumers (excludes business) based in the EU + countries outside the EU such as Cyprus, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Outside the EU, the warranty is limited.
Repair Center
- Warranty repairs will be carried out by Authorised Minibrew centers or contracted companies by Minibrew. No-reimbursement will be made for repairs carried out by non-related companies.
Warranty Card
- Each GEN machine or Smart keg come with a warranty card. If you can find your or lost your warranty card. here is a digital version.
